WAHALA!! water scarcity in Minna is becoming an unbearable burden on residents

The persistent water scarcity in Minna, the capital city of Niger State, is becoming an unbearable burden on residents. 

A truck now sells about N1,800 - N2,000, a family of four needs a truck everyday. How much is water selling for in your area?

What makes it even more painful is that it’s Ramadan, a period that requires even more water for fasting, cooking, and prayers, yet the suffering in search of water has not subsided. 

Electricity supply is almost non-existent, appearing only once in a while like a rare glimpse. With a stable power supply, much of this hardship would naturally disappear.

The situation is exhausting and calls for urgent attention. It is high time the relevant authorities take decisive and lasting action to ease the struggles of the people and restore basic necessities to the community.
