Most People at the center were complaining and clamouring that the officials left them Outside waiting without Addressing them. Which lead to a form of Peaceful Protest, outburst and Loud disorder. The People forcefully enter into the Center's Premises Shouting. Someone Accused one of the INEC official for collecting and demanding for #500 for Registration Form.
